DELIVERY INFORMATION
Before delivery, Amuanhanh’s delivery staff will contact you 15 or 30 minutes before.

If any product defects or errors are detected, they must immediately notify the delivery staff or sales staff for timely handling.
For the central areas near the branch of the supermarket, we will deliver the goods within the day, and the far away from the center can deliver within 1 to 2 days. Neighboring provinces deliver from 3 to 5.
Note: During the days of big promotions, the delivery time may be slower than usual due to the large number of orders. Especially, if you have urgent delivery needs, we can give priority to immediate delivery to you.

Amuanhanh receives delivery and installation all days of the week (including holidays and Sundays). But if there are exceptions and unexpected during that time, Amuanhanh will call and reschedule you as soon as possible.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR

All products sold at Amuanhanh are genuine. Depending on the policy of each company, there will be appropriate support for you.

Amuanhanh product warranty based on the purchase invoice. If you lose your bill, you can contact us via Hotline 08 1900 8844, Amuanhanh staff will check the information and support.

When the product is under warranty or repair is completed, Amuanhanh will text or call to notify you of the product status.
Before receiving products from customers, Amuanhanh staff will record details of machine status as well as warn of data risks (if any), helping customers have an overview and make decisions faster.
Before receiving the warranty product back, you have the right to ask the staff to inspect the product.
REFUND OF PRODUCTS
Unfortunately, Amuanhanh does not have a policy to return old products.
When the order is placed successfully, the staff in charge of online orders will check the information. If the order is canceled for any reason, the staff will process the refund to your account. Refund time 7-10 working days.
When ordering online, you can still receive products at the center/store and participate in online discounts (if any).
