RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Return and Refund Policy and forming part of the Terms of Service, Amuanhanh guarantees the rights of Buyers by allowing the submission of product return requests. and/or refund before expiration. The Amuanhanh Guarantee period is set forth in the Terms of Service.

Amuanhanh Guarantee is a service provided by Amuanhanh, at the request of the User, to assist the User in resolving conflicts that may arise during the transaction process. Users may contact Amuanhanh to agree on dispute resolution or report to the relevant local authorities for assistance in resolving any dispute that occurs before, during or after using Amuanhanh Ensure.

The buyer agrees that she/he can request an exchange or return and refund only in the following cases:
• The buyer paid but did not receive the product;
• The product is defective or damaged during transportation;
• The Seller (Amuanhanh) delivered the wrong product to the Buyer (eg: wrong size, wrong color, etc.);
• The product the Buyer receives is clearly different from the information provided by the Seller (Amuanhanh) in the product description;
• The Seller (Amuanhanh) has agreed and agreed to let the Buyer return the goods (however, Amuanhanh will need the Seller to confirm these agreements).

All return and refund requests are subject to careful consideration and consideration of each return and refund request by Buyer and reserves the right to make final determination of such request based on the following policies: above and in accordance with Amuanhanh’s Terms of Service.

Except as mentioned in this Returns and Refunds Policy, returns due to the Buyer changing his or her intention to purchase will not be accepted.

Upon receiving a request for return or refund from the Buyer, Amuanhanh will notify the Buyer via text or email or phone message within the specified time. After that time, if Amuanhanh does not receive any response from the Buyer, Amuanhanh understands that the Buyer fully agrees with Amuanhanh’s request, and automatically refunds the Buyer after receiving proof of The buyer has completed returning the goods to Amuanhanh.

Amuanhanh always monitors the Buyer’s feedback in each case and has full authority to make the final decision on the Buyer’s request for return or refund.

To limit problems related to returns, buyers should note that they need to return the product including all accompanying accessories, VAT invoice, warranty stamp… if any and the product must be in the same condition as when received. Amuanhanh encourages Buyers to take photos of the product as soon as they receive it as evidence for future complaints if necessary.

I. For defective products within 20 days
1. Exchange for a new product of the same model under the following conditions:

– For Electronic / Refrigeration / Phone products: Must have a record confirming the error from the Company + Purchase confirmation slip + accompanying insurance policies (accessories cannot be exchanged).
– For Household products: Must have a record confirming the status of the branch Warranty staff + Purchase confirmation slip + accompanying insurance policies, no exchange of boxes.

2. Change the new product to another model:

– The new model must have a value greater than or equal to the value of the old product, the customer must compensate the difference.

3. The customer wants to return the goods

For customers who want to return goods, there will be a specific return fee as follows:

– From day 1 to day 10: 10% fee
– From the 11th to the 20th: 20% fee
– From the 21st onwards (from the date of purchase): Returns are not accepted.

II. For products that are not defective
In case the goods are not defective, but the customer wants to return the goods, or exchange for another product, the following fees apply:

1. For Electronics / Refrigeration products:

– From day 1 to day 30: 20% fee
– From day 31 to day 60: 25% fee
– From day 61 onwards (from the date of purchase): Returns are not accepted.

2. For the remaining products:

Returns are not accepted if the item is not defective.

Amuanhanh will only refund the Buyer once Amuanhanh confirms receipt of the returned Goods. Amuanhanh will automatically refund the Buyer in case the Buyer does not respond within the pre-specified time period.

Depending on each case, the refund will be transferred to the Buyer’s Bank Account, Cash or to the Amuanhanh Wallet of the Buyer registered with Amuanhanh.

Amuanhanh encourages Users to contact each other to negotiate in advance when any problems arise during the transaction. Buyers should proactively contact Amuanhanh when there are any problems related to the order.
